Any New York or Brooklyn resident knows space is a premium. So soon after this young couple purchased their condo in downtown Brooklyn, they reached out to Built Narrative to help them renovate.

The existing galley kitchen was too small for their needs, the bathroom was outdated, and the rest of the space needed an update. Built Narrative presented several designs for the kitchen, the most extensive of which involved knocking down an existing wall to open the floor plan. The next step was to add an island for additional seating and counter tops.

The result was a more expansive modern and clean kitchen, improved natural light, and a Living Room that felt larger and more inviting. Proof that removing just a single wall could make a huge difference. Additionally, the bathroom was completed renovated with new finishes and larger vanity for more storage. Other updates included new flooring throughout and updating all the main closets for better and more functional storage.
